- University graduate with formal education in property management preferred
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Independent, good supervisory skill and leadership skill
Property Asset Officers / Assistant Property Asset Officers
- Degree holder preferably with formal education in property management
- 3 years' relevant experience
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Asset Officer
Recreation Assistant
- Form 5 standard preferably with formal education in Recreation and Leisure Studies
- 1 year's experience in club house or recreation management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and cheerful character
Customer Services Officers / Customer Services Assistant
- Form 5 standard or above
- 3 years' clerical or relevant work experience preferably in Customer Services / Property Management industry
- Familiar with English and Chinese word-processing
- Excellent communication skill is required
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
Senior Duty Officer
- Form 5 standard preferably with a diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 4 year's experience in customer services job
- Independent, good communication skill and customer service-oriented
Technical Officers / Assistant Technical Officers
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in building maintenance
- Well versed with relevant ordinance and ISO implementation
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
