Senior Recreation Officer
- Degree / diploma or above in Leisure Studies or Recreation Management or equivalent
- 4 years' experience in club house management and organise recreation activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and cheerful character
Duty Manager
- Form 7 standard preferably with a diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer services job
- Independent, good communication skill and customer service-oriented
Property Asset Officers
- Degree holder preferably with formal education in property management
- 3 years' relevant experience
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
Customer Services Officer
- Form 5 standard or above
- 3 years' clerical or relevant work experience preferably in Customer Services / Property Management industry
- Familiar with English and Chinese word-processing
- Excellent communication skill is required
Technical Officers / Assistant Technical Officer
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in building maintenance and Associate Member / Member of BSOMES would be preferable
- Well versed with relevant ordinance and ISO implementation
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
