In 2021, the Group has invested over HK$10 million to develop the Sm@rtUrban Apps, which will be launched across the properties and facilities under the management of the Group in phases.
The Projects which currently adopt the use of Sm@rtUrban Apps include:

By using the Sm@rtUrban Apps, users can check the latest property information and important notices anytime and anywhere. They can also enjoy various valued-added intelligent services including:
- “Notice” - Support with PUSH notification to grasp the real-time news of the properties
- “e-Resident Card”- Use smartphone instead of physical resident card to enter/exit the property areas
- “Visitor Pass”- Visitors pre-registration to simplify the check-in security process
- “Inquiry”- Instant response to the Property Management Office by sending images in text message and real-time checking the case status
