Group Manager - Property Asset Management
Mr. Lin joined Urban Group in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Hong Kong Baptist University, a Diploma in Housing Management and a Master's Degree in Facilities Management. Currently, Mr. Lin is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, a Corporate Member of The Chartered Institute of Housing, and a Registered Professional Housing Manager.
Mr. Lin is responsible for the property asset and facility management of City One Shatin, a large composite residential property under Urban Group.
