Assistant Director - Finance

Mr. Willis Tsang joined the Group in January 2022 as Assistant Director - Finance. He is responsible for the financial management, treasury and corporate governance of the Group.

Mr. Tsang holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree with major in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Tsang is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Internal Auditor. Mr. Tsang has over 25 years' substantial experiences in auditing and corporate governance in Hong Kong and the PRC.
