Mr. Kenny Fan joined Urban Group in 2004. He holds a Bachelor's degree of Housing Management from The University of Hong Kong. He is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and a Registered Professional Housing Manager. Mr. Fan has 20 years working experience in property and facility management, he is responsible for a mixed portfolio of luxurious residential property, commercial, industrial and educational facilities at Hong Kong and Kowloon District. Mr. Fan also focuses on business development of Urban Group.
