Mr. Bill Ko has devoted his career in the profession of property asset and facility management for over 20 years. Mr. Ko joined Urban Group in 1998 and was promoted to the current position of Assistant Director - Property Asset Management in 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of the portfolio of businesses in Kowloon and the New Territories. Mr. Ko holds a Master Degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Housing Management. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is the member of Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and a Registered Professional Housing Manager.
