Mr. Keith Chan joined Urban Group in 2002.  He holds a Bachelor's degree of Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Housing Management from SPACE of The University of Hong Kong.  Mr. Chan is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and a Registered Professional Housing Manager.  He is responsible for a mixed portfolio of residential, industrial, commercial, educational facilities and properties and facilities of the Government Property Agency.  Mr. Chan also focuses on business development of Urban Group.
