Mr Simon Chu joined the Group since1981 and re-joined in 2009. Simon has developed together with the Group for over 20 years. He was promoted to the Group Manager of Urban Property Management Ltd., effective in May, 2019. He holds 38 years of working experience on property / facility management to manage valuable premises / assets / plants/ landscape etc. in Hong Kong. He completed the diploma / certificate courses of Higher Certificate in Valuation & Property Mgt. / Professional Diploma in Real Estate Administration / Diploma in Housing Management and Degree course of Bachelor of Housing Management (Hon). He holds four members of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing--Member (MHKIH) /Housing Managers Registration Board - Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) /Chartered Institute of Housing--Corporate Member (MCIH) / The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management - Member (PFM).
As the Group Manager of the company, he pays much resource on property management and facility management in Hong Kong. He keeps the sustainability and business development of the company and adheres to our core value to maintain our brand name and provide a high standard of service for our clients.
