Group Manager - Technical
Mr. C.S. Leung has been the Group Manager- Technical of the Company since 2015. Mr. C.S. Leung possesses over 28 years solid experiences and proven track records in the field of construction, engineering and building maintenance. Mr. C.S. Leung is a holder of Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Master of Science in Building Engineering (Building Services Cost Management) from City University of Hong Kong.
He is a member of The Institute of Engineering and Technology, The Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers. He is also a BEAM Pro and Registered Energy Assessor to integrate the principles of green building in projects. He joined Urban Group in 1990 and he is currently responsible for the operations of building maintenance including shopping centers, residential properties, industrial buildings and commercial complexes, and overseeing all service quality of the technical and facilities operations managed by Urban Group.
