Mr Share Tai Ki possesses over 25 years solid property asset and facility management experiences with a strong track record in managing composite residential and commercial complexes. Mr Share first joined Urban Group in 1985 and was in our first batch of management trainees. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science (Real Estate) degrees from The University of Hong Kong and a MBA degree from the City University of Hong Kong. He is currently the President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and The Chartered Institute of Housing and Board Member of the Housing Manager Registration Board. Mr Share oversees the property asset and facility management services of City One Shatin, a large composite residential property under Urban Group.
