Senior Group Manager - Property Asset Management
Mr. Harvey Liu joined Urban Group in 1988. Since then, Mr Liu has been assigned to take care of various property portfolios and becomes one of the longest serving property and facility management professionals of Urban. Mr Liu has been the Senior Group Manager - Property Asset Management of the Company since June 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Housing Management. He is a Fellow Member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a Registered Professional Housing Manager. Mr Liu will be responsible for the portfolio of businesses in Kowloon and the New Territories and properties of International Property Management Limited. He will also supervise the Quality Management & Information Technology Department of Urban.
