Mr. Harvey Liu joined Urban Group in 1988. Since then, Mr Liu has been assigned to take care of various property portfolios and becomes one of the longest serving property and facility management professionals of Urban. Mr Liu has been the Assistant Director of the Company since April 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Housing Management. He is a Fellow Member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing. He is also a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and is a Registered Professional Housing Manager. Mr Liu oversees the property asset and facility management services of Mei Foo Sun Chuen, a large composite residential property under Urban Group. Also, Mr Liu supervises the Quality Management & Information Technology Department of Urban Group.
