Property Asset Managemnet
Senior Property Asset Officer
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate holder in Real Estate / Building Services / Surveying / Facilities Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property management with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Well versed in BMO, DMC and tenancy agreement
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
Property Asset Officer / Assistant Property Asset Officer
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Property Management / Hotel Management is preferable
- 2-3 years’ work experience in property management
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
- Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management is preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Asset Officer
Assistant Officer – Property (WFSK)
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Property Management / Hotel Management is preferable
- Holding Certificate in Temple Management is an advantage
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good spoken Mandarin is preferable
- 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
- Recent graduate will be considered
Assistant Recreation Officer / Recreation Assistant
- F.5 standard or above, formal education in Recreation / Leisure / Property Management is preferable
- 1-3 years’ experience in club house / recreation / property management and organizing recreational activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and cheerful character
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Recreation Assistant
Customer Services Officer
- Post-secondary in property management or related discipline is preferable
- Experience in property management, customer services or related industry is an advantage
- Independent, flexible, attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable, cheerful and with positive thinking attitude
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
- Recent graduate will be considered
Technical Officer / Assistant Technical Officer
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- 2-5 years' relevant experience in building services / facilities maintenance
- Well versed with relevant ordinance and ISO implementation
- Experience in handling renovation projects is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
