Urban Group was recently awarded the “Outstanding Employer Award” by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) in the “ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2024-2025”. This distinguished honor underscores the Group's unwavering dedication to empowering Urban team, promoting professional growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through the active support of retraining initiatives by the Employees Retraining Board.

The “ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2024-25” was held at the Academic Community Hall of the Hong Kong Baptist University on 18 March 2025. Mr. Chris Sun Yuk-han, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Ms. Alice Lau Yim, Permanent Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Ms. May Chan Wing-shiu, Commissioner for Labour, Mr. Yu Pang-chun, Chairman of ERB, Professor Simon Wong Kit-lung, Vice-chairman of ERB and Mr. Byron Ng Kwok-keung, Executive Director of ERB officiated at the ceremony. The event recognized the dedication of ERB trainees to lifelong learning and self-improvement, as well as the collaborative efforts of partners from various sectors in promoting “skills-based” training and nurturing talent for society.
