Urban Group received a total of 27 awards in the “Excellence in Facility Management Award 2023/24” (EFMA 2023/24) from the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM), in acknowledgment of the Group's exceptional facility management services and notable professional accomplishments. Notably, one of the managed properties of the Group, Rhythm Garden in San Po Kong received the “Grand Award” this year.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, “The Group gratefully accepts these awards, showcasing our steadfast commitment to excellence in facility management and driving us to innovate further, enhancing service efficiency to exceed client and community expectations.”
With the theme of “Exceeding Stakeholder Aspiration; Enhancing Service Efficiency”, the “HKIFM 25th Anniversary Dinner cum EFMA 2023/24 Presentation Ceremony” took place at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East in Tseung Kwan O on 24 October 2024 and officiated by Ms. Winnie Ho, JP, the Secretary for Housing.
