Urban Group received a total of 10 awards in the“Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2024” (QPFMA 2024) from The Hong Kong AssociaIon of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and The Hong Kong InsItute of Surveyors Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS-PFMD), honors our managed properIes for the excepIonal property and facility management services and unwavering dedicaIon to excellence through innovaIve strategies. In parIcular, two managed properIes of the Group: City One ShaOn and Mei Foo Sun Chuen received the “Grand Award” under the category of “Large-Scale ResidenOal”.

This year, with the theme of “Professional PFM Services Establishing a Wellness Harmony Community”, the HKAPMC Annual Dinner 2024 cum QPFMA 2024 Award PresentaIon Ceremony took place at the Hong Kong ConvenIon and ExhibiIon Centre on 8 October 2024, officiated by Ms Winnie Ho, JP, Secretary for Housing.
