4 associated companies of Urban Group, along with 43 managed properties, have collectively received a total of 47 awards in the "Hong Kong Smoke-free Leading Company Awards 2023", honoring our dedication and outstanding performance to foster a smoke-free workplace among our employees, customers, the larger community, and various stakeholders.
In particular, Urban Property Management Limited has been honored with the esteemed "Silver Award," and our associated companies including International Property Management Limited, Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited, Turning Technical Services Limited as well as 43 managed properties received the "Certificate of Merit." The Awards Presentation Ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on 20th March 2024. On behalf of the Group, our representative from the Human Capital & Training Department was honored to be welcomed on stage to accept the award.

The Award Scheme, co-organized by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health, the Occupational Safety and Health Council and Radio 1 of Radio Television Hong Kong aims to encourage all industries to embrace their social responsibility by actively promoting a smoke-free culture and supporting smoking cessation in Hong Kong.
