Urban Group receive a total of 12 Logo Awards in Social Capital Builder Logo Award 2020

1A Urban Group recently received a total of 12 Logo Awards in the Social Capital Builder (SCB) Awards 2020 organized by the Community Investment & Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of Labour and Welfare Bureau (LWB) to commend their devotion in practicing the spirit of good social capital building in the past two years.

Urban Group emphasizes social responsibility to build a caring society of mutual trust and solidarity. Apart from the remarkable annual CSR project “Caring Day”, the Group has also collaborated with different NGOs to organize volunteer activities such as fund-raising, visiting elderly as well as nurturing young volunteers. During the outbreak of COVID-19, the Group distributed gift packs and mooncakes, as well as the anti-epidemic cleaning supplies to the needy so as to contribute to the development of social capital in Hong Kong continuously.

CIIF has organized the biennial SCB Awards since 2012, aiming to recognize the contributions of enterprises to the development of social capital in six core dimensions such as Trust and Solidarity, Social Participation, Social Networks, Social Cohesion and Inclusion. It also commends enterprises and organizations which practice the spirit of good social capital building in Hong Kong.
