Urban Property Management Limited (UPML), International Property Management Limited (IPML), Turning Technical Services Limited (TTSL) and Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited (BNIL) under Urban Group as well as EcoPark received the certificate of Good Employer Charter 2020 and Family-friendly Good Employer logo from the Labor Department of HKSAR, commending their efforts on implementing good human resource management practices and formulating family-friendly employment policies for their employees.
In particular, this is the second time that UPML, IPML, TTSL and BNIL awarded the certificates, in appreciation of their caring policies such as offering marriage leave, paternity leave and compassionate and bereavement leave as well as supporting “Sport-Friendly Action” to take care of employee physical and mental health by providing regular exercise and healthy food. In addition, the companies organize various staff relations activities, for example pottery wheel class, family cake making class and recreational day tours of different themes to enable employees to enjoy quality relaxing time after work and achieve work-life balance.
The objective of the Good Employer Charter is to continuously encourage employers to adopt employee-oriented and progressive good human resource management practices as well as formulate family-friendly employment policies to create a family-friendly harmonious workplace.
