Urban Group and its 3 associated companies receive Sport Friendly Action Award from Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong recently, in recognition of implementing sport-friendly policies and measures for caring employees’ physical and mental health continuously.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, “We value our staff as our most important asset. We organize various recreational activities such as football match, regular basketball team training, hiking activity, Aerial Yoga and Kickboxing for staff and their families so as to promote healthy lifestyle and enable staff to enjoy work-life balance.”
Mr. Joey Li, Group Manager - Human Capital & Training was interviewed by Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong and said, “We concern the physical and mental health of all our staff. Implementing sport-friendly actions not only motivate staff to reach their full potential and enhance productivity, but also help increase their sense of belonging to create a win-win situation.”
