Urban Group receives 2 major Awards in Wong Tai Sin Cleaning Competition

Lung Poon Court (Block A-F) and Kingsford Terrace under the management of Urban Group recently won 2 awards including the Champion and Merit Awards in the Wong Tai Sin District Cleaning Competition orgainsed by the Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene under the Wong Tai Sin District Council.

This is the second consecutive year that Lung Poon Court (Block A-F) in Diamond Hill crowned the Champion in the Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) and Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) Category of the Competition. The Award is a commendation for the buildings’ continuously improving environmental hygiene and cleaning condition. A better living environment is created as a result of the joint efforts of Urban Group and the residents.

“I am pleased to know that our endeavours at Lung Poon Court and Kingsford Terrace in providing quality management services to the residents have been recognized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council. In particular, the outstanding cleaning management services of Lung Poon Court in pest control, greenery and waste reduction are highly appreciated by the judging panel.” Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group remarked.

Whereas, Kingsford Terrace received the Merit Award in the TPS and HOS Category. The Award recognised Urban Group’s efforts in up keeping the cleanliness of the estate.
