Three residential properties under the management of Urban Group, namely Rhythm Garden, Lung Poon Court (Block A-F) and Regent on the Hill won 4 prizes including the champion and the first runner-up in the 19th Wong Tai Sin District Quality Building Management Competition.
This is the sixth time Rhythm Garden in San Po Kong and Lung Poon Court (Block A-F) in Diamond Hill garnered the Champion and the First Runner-up in Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) and Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) category respectively in the Wong Tai Sin District Quality Building Management Competition.
Rhythm Garden successfully retained its Championship through a series of self-created environmental conservation tools for building maintenance and management services including Paint Stain Remover, Air Cooler, High Pressure Water Jet and Drencher Curtain Incense Incinerator. They also worked with the Owner’s Committee of the property to work on rodent control, greenery, recycling and energy-saving. In 2017, the new LED illumination system in the estate’s public area saved 60,000 kWh of electricity. These outstanding achievements prompt them to win the Green Building Award in the same competition this year.

Regent on the Hill received the Merit Award in Quality Building Management in the Private Residential Building Category. The Award highly recognizes the property’s management quality which becomes a role-model of good property management in the district.
