8 projects under the management of Urban Group recently received the “Excellence in Facilities Management (EFM) Awards” presented by The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM). Among them, Tin Yau Court in Tin Shui Wai won the Grand Award in the Public Rental and Subsidized Purchase Housing Category to recognize their outstanding management and service quality. Whereas, 7 other properties under Urban were awarded the Excellence Awards and Certificate of Merit respectively, reflecting the outstanding management services of Urban has been well recognized by the industry.
In addition, Urban is implementing environmental protection policies and management approaches by adapting extensive green measures into the daily lives of its customers to assure the properties under its management are contributing to the sustainable development of the society.

Regent On The Hill (Diamond Hill) – Small-Scale Residential
The “Excellence in Facilities Management (EFM) Awards” is to recognize the facility management of Urban with excellent contributions in delivering quality services in accordance with technological advancement, green initiatives, carbon reduction, barrier-free access, and high occupational health and safety standards.
