6 properties under the management of Urban Group recently received the “Excellence in Facilities Management (EFM) Awards” presented by The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM), recognizing the facility management services of Urban including technological advancement, green initiatives, carbon reduction, barrier-free access, and high occupational health and safety standard. The Presentation Ceremony, was officiated by Mr Chan Mo-Po, Secretary for Development on 26th November 2015. Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group and the representatives for the awarded properties attended the ceremony.
The 6 awarded properties under Urban Group are:
Excellence Award
City One Shatin (Shatin) - Large-Scale Residential Projects
Cayman Rise (Sai Wan) - Small-scale residential Projects
Merit Award
Kwun Hei Court (Ho Man Tin) - Public Rental and Subsidized Purchase Housing Projects
Illumination Terrace (Tai Hang) - Medium-Scale Residential Projects
Ka Tin Court (Tai Wai) – Medium-Scale Residential Projects
The Royal Court (Mid Levels) - Small-Scale Residential Projects
