Urban Group recently receives the Happy Organization Label presented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to commend its contributions in establishing a happy workplace.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, "We truly value our staff as the most important asset of Urban. We believe in 'Happy Staff serving Happy Customers'. Hence, we provide the best working environment for our staff so as to enhance their senses of belongings towards the company. We aim to align our staff's personal goals with our corporate vision to build up a committed workforce."
The Happy Organization Label Scheme is organized by The Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and HKPC to encourage businesses and organizations to create a happy working environment and to raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce,

In addition, Urban Group has been organizing various staff relations activities for its staff including bakery classes, glass art classes and recreational day tours to enhance their team spirit and to enable them to have a relaxing time after the hectic work schedule.
