Rhythm Garden under Urban Group recently awarded Champion in the Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council for 3 consecutive years and also awarded as Green Building in the competition, demonstrating its standard of management services and green management practices were well received in the community.
The Quality Building Management Competition organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council aims to recognize the best management buildings in the district so as to enhance the building management standard in the locale. The Competition also helps promote the importance of good property management through the active participation of owners' organizations and property management companies.
