Urban Group 2007-2008 Corporate Report emphasizes
"Asset Management in a Sustainable Environment"

Urban Group publishes its 2007-2008 Corporate Report to review its major achievements and business development over the past two years.

With the theme of "Asset Management in a Sustainable Environment", the Urban Group 2007-2008 Corporate Report is subdivided into 7 sections of Visionary Leadership; Strategic Planning; Customer and Market Focus; Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management; Workforce Focus; Process Management and Results according to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria.

Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group states that, "Between 2007 and 2008, Urban Group has grown rapidly in business direction, service provisions, operational systems and operational structure.  Under the leadership of our parent company NWS Holdings, we have strengthened our corporate governance by actively advocating and shouldering our corporate social responsibility and promoting green management practices which have received favourable results over the last two years.  We have fulfilled the increasing demands of our clients and maintained our leading position as the Quality Market Leader to contribute to the sustainable development of Hong Kong."

The Urban Group 2007-2008 Corporate Report will be distributed to its customer representatives, corporate clients, internal employees, the mass media and various related organizations of the Group.
