9 properties under Urban Group recently received "Best Managed Property" and "Best Security Guard Awards" in the "Kowloon West Best Security Services Awards 2008" and the "Best Security Guard Award and Integrated Security Management Award Scheme of NT North Region 2008 (Residential Building)" organized by the Hong Kong Police Force Kowloon West Regional Crime Prevention Office and NT North Regional Crime Prevention Office respectively.
The awarded 9 properties include Miami Manson at Waterloo Road, Kowloon; Monte Carton, Villa Carton, and Po Lai Court in Shamshuipo; Hang Chun Court in Cheung Sha Wan, 8-10 Caldecott Road, Mei Foo Sun Chuen; Belair Monte in Fanling and Handsome Court in Tuen Mun.
Among the awarding properties, Miami Manson received "Best Managed Property of Kowloon West Region", Monte Carton, Villa Carton, Po Lai Court, Hang Chun Court and 8-10 Caldecott Road were awarded "Outstanding Managed Property of Kowloon West Region"; whereas Belair Monte and Handsome Court received the Certificates of Appreciation in the "Integrated Security Management Award Scheme of NT North Region. The Awards are presented to management companies and owners corporations of properties, which actively support the move of the Police Force to build up a safety community in the respective regions and endeavour to upgrade the security management system of the properties.
