High Prosperity Terrace in Kwai Chung under Urban Group recently acclaimed Championship in the Kwai Tsing Cleaning Competition organized by the Kwai Tsing District Council. In addition, Yin Lai Court in Lai King and Ching Wah Court in Tsing Yi received Merit Award in the same competition. Among the 6 awards presented in the Cleaning Competition for housing projects, Urban Group receive outstandingly 3 major ones to reflect its high quality of management services.
Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group states that, "The outstanding achievement of High Prosperity Terrace in this competition shows the collaboration of the management personnel, cleaning service provider and the residents of the property. The adjudicating panel highly praised the environmental management services of the property during their site visit. Apart from High Prosperity Terrace, another 2 properties, namely Yin Lai Court and Ching Wah Court managed by Urban also receive the Merit Award in the same competition. This shows that our managed properties have a high standard of environmental sanitation and become the role models in the district."
