6 Properties under Urban Group
receive Green Property Management Award and Wastewi$e Certifications

Aldrich Garden, under Urban Group, received the 2005 Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards - Green Property Management (Private Housing) Merit Award and 5 properties under Urban's management were awarded the Gold Wastewi$e and Wastewi$e Certifications respectively, recognizing the contribution of Urban to environmental protection and waste reduction.

The Awards obtained by the 6 properties under Urban Group include:

Organized by the Environmental Protection Department, the Hong Kong Eco-Business Award - Green Property Management (Private Housing) Award aims to commend the contributions and efforts of property management companies in Hong Kong on green management. The Gold Wastewi$e Logo is presented to organizations which have devised their waste reduction initiatives and successfully implemented effective measures to achieve a minimum of 9 objectives within 1 year in their daily operations. Whereas the "Wastewi$e Logo" is presented to those with at least 3 objectives achieved. The Wastew$se logos is a recognition of outstanding achievements in green management.
