Urban awarded Best Property Management Agent by HKHA

Urban Property Management Limited was awarded as the "Best Property Management Agent" in 2001 and Yin Lai Court in Lai King, Chun Wah Court in Ngau Tau Kok and Cheong Shing Court in Fanling managed by Urban were also awarded as the "Well-Managed HOS Estates" by the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA). It has been the fourth consecutive year that Yin Lai Court was honoured by the Housing Authority, which reflects the management quality of Urban is well-recognized by the residents.

In the prize presentation ceremony, Urban and the representatives of each awarding court collected the prizes from the Director of Housing, Mr. Tony Miller, JP and members of HKHA. Deputy Director of Housing Mr. Marco WU stated that the Housing Authority was considering launching the "Well-managed Public Housing Estates" in the coming year to enhance the management quality of the properties. He also stated that the awarded companies were voted by officials of Housing Department, the owners representatives and residents of each HOS court, therefore, their quality were applauded by the public.

Chairman of the owners' corporation of Yin Lai Court, Mr. Luk Wai-yin, stated that the management service of Urban was well recognized by the residents of the property. He said, "The management service of Urban are very efficiency and effective on responding to the demands of the residents. Moreover, their value-added and innovative services create a desirable living environment for Yin Lai Court. Thus, Urban is well-qualified to be awarded again as the Best Property Management Agent".

Executive Director of Urban Mr. P C Lau was pleased that Urban was awarded as the "Best Property Management Agent" three times in the last four years. He applauded staff members of the company for their contribution to fusion the Urban belief of "The New Management Concept for the 21st Century: A Combination of People, Process and Technology" to maintain a high quality of service to the clients. He emphasized, "The award is the result of the supports and co-operations among the owners' representatives, the residents and Urban. I have to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to all of them and we will continue our endeavours to provide the best services to them in the future."
