Urban obtains the management contract of Technology Plaza in Tsuen Wan

Urban Property Management Limited, The major property management arm of the New World Services Group, has been appointed Manager by the Owners' Incorporation of Technology Plaza in Tsuen Wan with effect from 1st April 2001, for a period of 2 years.

Situated at 29-35 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, Technology Plaza is a single towered industrial building with a total floor area of 317,250 square feet and 33 car parking spaces. Urban was appointed by the Owners' Incorporation of Technology Plaza to manage the building owing to the company's extensive experience in managing first class commercial and industrial buildings.

According to Ms Y M Kwan, Chairlady of the Management Committee of the Incorporated Owners of Technology Plaza, "We are pleased to appoint Urban, who has proven track records in the area of commercial and industrial building management, as Property Manager of Technology Plaza. We are confident to entrust the property in the hands of their management expertise. We sincerely hope that our co-operation would help enhance the value of the building for the benefits of all owners and tenants of the property."
