Urban renews management contract with OI of Wing Tuck Commercial Centre

Urban Property Management Limited, The major property management arm of the New World Services Group, has renewed the management contract again with the Owners・ Incorporation of Wing Tuck Commercial Centre in Sheung Wan for another 2 years.
Located in Wing Lok West Street in Sheung Wan, Wing Tuck Commercial Centre is a single towered commercial building with nearly 120,000 square feet of offices and shops. Urban was appointed to manage the building by the Owner・s Incorporation in January 1997. Because of Urban・s excellent services in upgrading the image and value of the building, the management contract was first renewed in 1999. It is the 3rd consecutive term since it took over the management of the building.
According to Mr H C Wong, Chairman of the Management Committee of the Incorporated Owners of Wing Tuck Commercial Centre, ：Urban has been providing a very high quality management service to us since 1997. The quality service and expertise of Urban has been well recognized by the owners and tenants of the building. Most importantly, they have helped us to successfully upgrade the overall image and value of the building.；

Since 1994, the company has been extending its service to the Central to Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System to provide its professional service to the public facility.
