48 security guards of Urban awarded in "Outstanding Caretaker/Security Guard Award Scheme"

In the "Outstanding Caretaker/Security Guard Award Scheme" organized by the Fight Crime Committee of the Eastern District, the Eastern Police and the Eastern District Office, 48 security guards from the Urban Property Management Group were selected as "Outstanding Security Guards", recognizing their good performance and loyalty in serving the residents of the Eastern District.

"The Eastern Outstanding Caretaker/Security Guards Award Scheme" was organized annually to award outstanding performance of caretakers and security guards, encouraging them to maintain their good service to the residents.

Urban commenced nominating its security personnel to join the "Eastern Outstanding Caretaker/Security Guard Award Scheme" since 1991. Up to now, over 300 security guards of Urban were awarded in this Award Scheme.

Mr H W Hung, Eastern District Commander of the Police Force said the Award Scheme served to enhance the standard of security service in the district. He hoped the awarded caretakers/security guards could continue to contribute efforts in maintaining law and order in the Eastern District.

Mr Charles Tang, Group Security Manager of Urban revealed, "The excellent achievement of our security guards in this award is not only a recognition of the efforts paid by our guards in providing the best service to the residents, it also demonstrates the confidence of the residents as well as the Government Departments towards the services provided by Urban."

"Moreover, the recognition is also a great encouragement to our staff, urging them to strive for the best to protect the safety of the residents." Said Mr Tang.
