Urban's "Customer Service Ambassadors" provide enhanced service
for owners of Rhythm Garden

The customer-oriented Urban Property Management have presented the "Customer Service Ambassadors" to assist owners of Rhythm Garden, a newly completed Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) project in San Po Kong, to inspect their flats.
Upon arrival at Rhythm Garden, Urban's professional "Customer Service Ambassadors" will greet the owners and accompany them upstairs to inspect their flats. The Ambassadors will provide prompt assistance in relation to building inspection and other occupation arrangements and to follow up on their requests. This new service enables the owners to settle down and set up their new home quickly at Rhythm Garden.
According to Executive Director of Urban Mr P C Lau, "Rhythm Garden is the first PSPS Project in Hong Kong to have the Customer Service Ambassadors to provide value-added services for the owners. Our aim is to explain to the owners in detail the points to take notice of when conducting the inspection of their flats so as to smooth the entire inspection process through our well-trained Customer Service Ambassadors, who offer prompt assistance to the owners since they arrive at the property."
"In the coming future, we will continuously introduce new value-added services to fulfil the requirements of our customers, so that they can enjoy a more comfortable lifestyle," added Mr Lau.
Currently, Urban Property Management Limited manages 240 projects territory-wide, exceeding 140,000 residential units, over 30,000 car parking spaces and more than 17,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial premises. It is also the major property management agent of the Housing Authority and the Government Property Agency by managing a large number of government properties, including 13 Public Rental Estates, 22 HOS Estates, Government Offices and Quarters, etc. In 1994, Urban expanded its service to public facility by managing the Central to Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System, which shows the substantial experiences of the company in managing all kind of properties.
