Mr. Kan joined Urban Group in 1994. He possesses 30 years' managerial experience in the property management industry especially the management of Commercial Offices.

Mr. Kan holds a Master of Engineering Management (MEM), a Diploma in Housing Management and a Diploma in Marketing. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH), a Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM), a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM), BEAM Affiliate of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) and a Retro- commissioning (RCx) Practitioner.
