Occupational Safety and Health Award

City One Shatin and Scholastic Garden at Mid-level under the management of Urban Group received Silver Award and Merit Award – Best Property Management Award in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) respectively in 2015, the 2nd Best Property Safety Management Award jointly organized by the Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC) and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, commending the achievement of the management team in implementing effective safety and health management in the workplace.
We have established our Group Occupational Safety and Health Committee to formulate our OSH Policy and to implement various activities to promote a safety culture across the Group. Over the past years, we have been actively participating in the OSH promotional campaigns organized by OSHC to benchmark and exchange experiences with our business counterparts as well as organizing various internal activities to enhance the knowledge and awareness of our staff in related safety areas.
