The corporate website of Urban Group (www.urban.com.hk) and 57 websites under i-Urban™ Portal of the Group received Web Care Award -- Ruby Award and Web Care Award -- Jade Award in Web Care Campaign 2011 organized by the Internet Professional Association (iProA), commending our endeavor to build up a barrier free communication network and contributions in corporate social responsibility.
iProA launched the Web Care Campaign and the No Barrier Website Awards in 2001 to encourage companies and institutions to building “no barrier” websites to cater for the needs of different people, and to popularize the use of Internet in the society. Urban Group has been participating in the scheme since 2001, receiving a total of 440 Web Care Awards in the past years for promoting healthy web culture and information sharing to the younger generation.
