ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme Super MD

Urban Group received "Super MD" in 2020 from the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) in recognition to its support in "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" for 10 consecutive years as well as outstanding achievement and contribution in manpower training and development of Hong Kong.
This scheme aims to promote a corporate culture based on manpower training and development among organizations, heighten the awareness of employers and employees on continuous upgrading and recognize employers who are committed to manpower training and development.
Urban Group has established a long term partnership with ERB by recruiting their graduates and providing more employment opportunities such as concierge and club house assistant.
