Urban Group was honored with 234 awards in the presentation ceremony of "2022 Hong Kong Environmental Excellence Awards and Hong Kong Green Organization Certification" (2022 HKEEE & HKGOC) held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 15 December 2023, in recognition of the Group's outstanding achievements in green management.
At the presentation ceremony, one of the associated companies under the Group, Urban Property Management Limited, was honored with the "Long Participation Award," recognizing its continuous contributions to environmental protection. Additionally, 5 managed properties under the Group, including Allway Gardens (Tsuen Wan), Handsome Court (Tuen Mun), Mongkok Government Offices, Rhythm Garden (San Po Kong), and Villa Carlton (Cheung Sha Wan), were presented with the certificates of "Hong Kong Green Organization", acknowledging their efforts towards environmental sustainability.

We will continue to dedicate ourselves to green management practices and inspire more stakeholders to participate in environmental initiatives, working together to build a sustainable future.”
The HKAEE and the HKGOC is led by the Environmental Campaign Committee alongside the Environment and Ecology Bureau and in conjunction with nine organisations. The programme aims to encourage companies and organisations to adopt green management, benchmark their performance with the best practices within their sectors, and recognise the achievements of the best-performing companies and organisations.
