Urban Group received 14 awards in "Joyful @ Healthy Workplace" Programme

Urban Group received a total of 14 awards in “Joyful@Healthy Workplace2022-2023” Programme organized by the Department of Health, Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council, commending the Group’s continuous support in offering a cheerful and healthy working environment.
 
The 18th Occupational Health Award Forum and Award Presentation Ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 5th May 2023. In particular, this is the 6th year that Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited, International Property Management Limited, Turning Technical Services Limited and Urban Property Management Limited are granted this award acknowledging the Group’s proactive participation and efforts in implementing health initiatives to all staff. In addition, it is remarkable that one of our managed properties, The Cairnhill, gained the Silver Award in the novel category - "Workplace Mental Health Award" while four associated companies received the Certificate of Attainment.

Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, “The health and safety of our staff and stakeholders is an absolute priority. To promote the importance of work-life balance and build our thoughtful corporate culture, our Sports and Recreational Committee has organized various activities e.g. health talk, work-life balance workshops and sports programmes…etc. Moreover, we believe that building a healthy lifestyle will also lead to increase in competitiveness and productivity.”
