Urban Group received 129 awards in the presentation ceremony for “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2022”. The presentation ceremony was held on 8 August 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In particular, 16 managed properties under the Group, 87-91 Broadcast Drive Kowloon Tong, EcoPark (Tuen Mun), Grand View Garden (Diamond Hill), Handsome Court (Tuen Mun), Immigration Department Officers Quarters (Hung Hom), Ka Tin Court (Tai Wai), Kaiser Estate (Phase 1, 2 & 3) (Hung Hom), Kingsford Terrace (Ngau Chi Wan), Kwai Yin Court (Kwai Chung), Kwun Hei Court (Ho Man Tin), Pok Hong Estate (Sha Tin), Regent On The Hill (Diamond Hill), South Wave Court (Wong Chuk Hang), The Metropolis (Tseung Kwan O), Tin Yau Court (Tin Shui Wai) and West Kowloon Disciplined Services Quarters (Tai Kok Tsui), received the Certificates of “5 Year+ EcoPioneer” in the ceremony, commending their continuous contributions in promoting and implementing green management in daily operations.

“The BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards” is an environmental award programme that has been organized by Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) since 2015, aims to promote active participation in environmentally conscious practices among the manufacturing, services and property management enterprises in Hong Kong and the Pan-Pearl River Delta (Pan-PRD) region to further reduce environmental footprints.
