Rhythm Garden (San Po Kong) under the management of Urban Group, recently received "HSBC Living Business ESG Awards 2022 - Certificate of Excellence" at "HSBC Living Business Awards 2022", in recognition of its engagement on environmental protection by implementing various green measures in its daily operations.
Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group remarked, "As a responsible property management
manager, Urban Group takes full responsibility for encouraging sustainable lifestyle among all
stakeholders and providing them with practical ways to reduce environmental impacts in daily lives.
Over the years, we have been actively encouraging our managed properties to develop creative green
solutions to deal with waste by reducing waste at source and recycling, as well as to raise the
environmental awareness of our staff and clients through promotion and education. In future, the
Group will continue with taking sustainable development as its long-term goal and work hand in hand

"HSBC Living Business Awards" (The Programme) is organized by HSBC in companion with Business
Environment Council, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Policy for Sustainability Lab,
Centre for Civil Society and Governance, The University of Hong Kong. The Programme is launched in
2004, providing an interactive learning platform for SMEs in Hong Kong to understand the best
practices in corporate sustainability and to share their valuable experiences.
