Urban Group recently awarded a total of 23 Caring Company Logos by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), commending the Group’s continuous contribution in Corporate Social Responsibility and also providing caring and preventive measures to assure safety and health of Clients, Staff and the Community. In particular, Urban Property Management Limited was awarded “20 Years Plus Caring Company Logo” in recognition of its long-term efforts in demonstrating good corporate citizenship over 20 years.
Urban Group has devoted resources in various corporate social responsible projects. In an attempt to take care of the physical and mental health of the elderly, the Group collaborated with social welfare organization to produce videos regarding music, sports and green lifestyle as well as arrange virtual visits during the COVID-19 outbreak. Moreover, Urban Group values and safeguards the health and safety of all staff by implementing Sports Souvenir Campaign, increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of workplaces, offering face mask and precautionary equipment while keeping social distance and so forth.
Urban Group was among the first batch of companies to support the HKCSS Caring Company Scheme since its inception in 2002. The objective of the program is to build a cohesive society by promoting strategic partnerships among business and social service partners, and inspiring corporate social responsibility through caring for the community, employees and the environment.
