Urban Group received 5 Merit Awards in "Joyful@Healthy Workplace" Programme organized by the Department of Health, Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council, commending the Group's support in offering a joyful and healthy workplace to all staff.
The Online Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 29th June 2021 and officiated by Dr Chan Hon-yee, JP, the Director of Health. In particular, this is the 4th year that Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited, International Property Management Limited, Turning Technical Services Limited and Urban Property Management Limited are granted this award in recognition of the Group's continuous contribution in promoting occupational health in the aspects of "healthy eating", "physical activity" and "mental well-being".
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, "The Group always values staff and all stakeholders as its top priority to assure their safety and health. During the outbreak of COVID-19, the Group implemented various caring and preventive measures such as organizing 'Fresh Fruit Day', providing a clean and sanitized workplace as well as distributing caring packs and a series of eco-friendly tableware, aiming to create a caring, healthy and environmentally friendly environment to our staff."
