Urban Property Management Limited (UPML) was recognized as “QF Star Employer” under Qualifications Framework (QF) Partnerships Commendation Scheme on 25th March 2021, in recognition of its active support and participation in the Scheme over the past years and the Group’s contributions in promoting manpower development.

The biennial QF Partnerships Commendation Scheme has been organized by the Education Bureau since 2012. This year, the Commendation Ceremony was held at the Education Bureau Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre on 25th March 2021, which was officiated by Dr Choi Yuk-lin, the Under Secretary for Education and to commend the awarded organizations making good use of the tools and supporting mechanisms of the QF including strengthening the synergy between learning and employment, providing flexible learning opportunities as well as considering QF system in human resources development and management perspectives to enhance the quality of human resources.
