Urban Group received the “Super MD” and “Grand Prize Award” in the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme 2020” organized by the Employee Retraining Board (ERB), commending its participation and support to the ERB courses and services for the manpower development and its strong commitment to shoulder its corporate social responsibilities.
The ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme is organized by ERB since 2009 and it is the first accreditation system to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organizations in Hong Kong. In 2020, Urban Group is accredited as Super MD and received the Grand Prize Award for the fourth time in recognition of its continuously contribution in the Scheme for 10 consecutive years as well as its endeavours of fostering professionals by offering various manpower training and encouraging them to acquire professional qualifications and knowledge.

In the past decade, we have provided internship and employment opportunities to nearly 2,000 graduates from ERB. Some of them have been promoted to be managers and developed their career in the Group.
