1A total of 18 awards were presented to the security personnel and properties under the management of Urban Group in the New Territories North Region Best Security Services Awards 2019, in recognition of its high quality of property management and security services. In particular, 4 properties managed by Urban Group were awarded as “Double-Star Managed Property”, commending their efforts on providing safe living environment for 2 consecutive years. Moreover, a total of 14 security guards were recognized as “Merit Security Guard” and “Outstanding Performance Award” respectively to reveal our wide recognition of professional security services.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group pointed out, “As a professional property asset and facility services group, we require all our security personnel deployed at our portfolio to be highly diligent and assist the Police in combating crimes. Both real-life examples and mock cases are adopted in our regular trainings to increase their resilience and thereby raising their efficiency.”

The New Territories North Security Services Awards Scheme organized by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of the Hong Kong Police Force aims to strengthen the security service standard of various districts and to recognize security personnel who have performed outstandingly to assist the police in combating crimes.
