Two companies under Urban Group received ‘Happy Company’ Label in Happiness-At-Work Label Scheme 2020. In particular, Urban Property Management Limited received ‘Happy Company 5+’ Label, commending its participation and full support in 8 consecutive years while Paramatta Estate Management Limited received ‘Happy Company’ Label for 3 consecutive years to recognize their contribution in establishing a happy workplace.
Happiness-At-Work Label Scheme is jointly organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council aiming to encourage businesses and organizations to create a happy working environment and to raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce. Awarded companies endeavor to implement friendly policies, communication mechanism and staff recreation activities to enhance four areas of ‘Happiness-at-work’ in the past year including ‘Corporate Love’, ‘Corporate Insight’, ‘Corporate Fortitude’ and ‘Corporate Engagement’.
