2 companies under Urban Group recently received the Happy Company Label presented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). In particular, Urban Property Management Limited (UPML) has received the label for the sixth consecutive years and Paramatta Estate Management Limited (PEML) was the first time to participate in this scheme and obtained the recognition to commend their contributions in establishing a happy workplace for their staff.
The Happiness-At-Work Label Scheme is jointly organized by The Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and HKPC to encourage businesses and organizations to create a happy working environment and to raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce.
