3 properties under Urban Group received the “Outstanding Residential Property Management” awards, and 1 security personnel of the Group was awarded as “The Best Security Personnel” in the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards. Representatives of the 3 properties received the awards from the Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong Police Force, Mr. Oscar Kwok, in the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 1st November, 2016.
In addition, 1 security personnel of Urban was awarded “The Best Security Personnel”- Sliver Award in Residential Selection” and 2 security personnel of Urban were awarded as “Outstanding Security Personnel” in the New Territories South Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 31st October, 2016, demonstrating the quality security service standard of the Group.

The Best Security Services Awards Scheme organized by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of the Hong Kong Police Force aims to enhance the security service quality of various districts and to commend security personnel who have performed outstandingly to assist the police in combating crimes.
